Nov 5 - Kingfisher Marina

This is a long day for us with 6.5 hours of cruising time, but no locks. It is also the only day we have travelled with rain showers.

Todays travel took us by the White Cliffs of Epes. These are chalk cliffs formed 80 million years ago by marine sediment, and around the same time as the Cliffs of Dover

Arrived 2:00pm and the marina, checked in, got pumped out and into our slip all in the somewhat heavy rain.

Sunday, we used the courtesy car again and headed off into Demopolis for a few grocery and hardware items.
